Salic Australia has gained access to new Islamic facility called Tayseer-Ijara , a simple and cheap rental purchase facility where Salic's customers may contribute as little as 5% of the purchase price to qualify.
Rent is agreed from time to time and may be reset with 21 days notice. The cost of Tayseer-Ijara is competitive with the home funding pricing available to the majority of the non Muslim Australian population.

Tayseer-Ijara does not require Salic customers to open deposit accounts, wait in lengthy qualification queues, enter into any partnership or share any capital gain in the property.
Tayseer-Ijara is available either for "full doc" or "lo doc" customers, can be used to but a home, an investment property or for business purposes. It is available to foreign residents who wish to invest in Australian residential property.

Tayseer-Ijara is also available for the purchase of land only, and for the construction of a home.

Tayseer-Ijara customers can make payments in advance and re-draw at a later date. They can have all the other services expected from a modern home financing product, like Bpay, cheque book, internet access, etc.

Whichever facility you qualify for, Salic Australia is able to cater for customers who are:
PAYE or self employed applicants who are able to provide tax returns and require our “Full Documentation” facility; or
Self employed applicants who wish to self certify their income and require our “Lo-Doc” facility. To qualify for a Salic Lo Doc facility, at least one applicant must have been self-employed for the past two years.
